The Streets has put out some of the best music I’ve ever heard. The Streets aka Mike Skinner from the UK has a brand new album on the way. I have been patiently anticipating this album for the last year.

Today I visited the official myspace page and found an album sampler of the new album.

Mike had a label called The Beats. He was a beat maker out of his bedroom and an MC when he began. Just like me!!! That’s partially why I’ve been so attracted to his music. This album he has chosen not to use beats – but to rather have a fully authentic live instrumental sound. From what I have heard – it’s going to be the best album to come out in 2008.
I’m not sure when it comes out officially at this point – but it’s worth looking out for.
