So it’s been more than a week since Toronto’s 2009 gay pride weekend went down – but the video I’m about to post is still worth watching. I got the chance to see Esthero perform live while in T.O. – Here’s a video of her performing her final song of the show “We Need A Musical Revolution”.

A little bird came to my window today and tweeted away about a new Brandy song called LouBoutin. The song is apparently for the clubs and may very well be her first single for album #6. For those who don’t know Christian LouBoutin is a shoe designer who creates shoes that are a piece of art. I am hype about the new song and excited to hear it/try it on. There is some buzz that the single could be dropping in JUNE.
I am going to see Peaches live in just a few days. Her new album “I Feel Cream” just came out and it is a MUST have. Here is a new video from the album for one of my fav tracks called “More”

It’s no secret how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Fagget Fairys. I got their Feed The Horse EP which included an A Capella version of the song. I immediately got to work on my 80’s throw back remix. 
Brandy Set For Television Return via ABC’s Little Piggy
R&B singer and former Moesha star Brandy has jumped on board ABC’s forthcoming series “This Little Piggy” !
Centered around a family man who’s forced to take in his younger brother and sister when times get tough, “This Little Piggy” will feature Brandy as the “high maintenance wife” of the younger brother played by Jeff Davis.
Planned for pilot presentation during the 2009-2010 season, “This Little Piggy” comes from writers Steven Cragg and Brian Bradley (Mad TV).
“Piggy” marks Brandy’s first scripted television role since an appearance on the UPN show “One On One”.
Brandy made her television debut on the 1993-1994 series “Thea” as Danesha Turrell.
In 2007 I had a visitor from the UK. Her name is Fiona but her stage name is Fiem. She’s an incredible singer-songwriter and she stayed for two weeks. In that time we recorded a full-length album that we released independently via Jack Kitty Records in 2007.
Fiem is still touring the UK promoting her music. The first official single from “Progress” is a song called “Dreaming You Would Understand”

My favorite singer on Earth “Brandy” has a Twitter page now. Yesterday via Twitter she announced that she was going into the studio with The Dream. When she got done with the session she posted about haveing just recorded two tracks. She mentioned feeling really hype about doing something completely different. Now – today she has updated with a new post – again from the studio. It’s unclear yet if she’s talking about a session with “The Dream” or if she’s working today with someone new. I’m so glad to see that she is working hard right now on some new tunes. She has recently signed a new management deal with Jay-Z. She also recently told a fan to build a bridge and get over Human!. There will be no more human promo or singles. She does however a European tour underway to go with Human. Dates are posted on her MySpace. In between shows she must be working on material for album #6 under the new management. I anticipate greatness.
